Privately owned vineyard in the area of Agios Nikolaos, Sithonia, Halkidiki. There are Greek and foreign varieties, such as Aetorahi, Limnio, Rozaki, Agiorgitiko, Merlot, Syrah cultivated.
There are produced 3 wines in the winery, 4 spirits, grapa, as well as vinegar.

Iliadis family is active since 1960 and they own one of the two tsipouro distilleries in Sarti. According to tradition, the first tsipouro production was done by some Greek Orthodox monks, during the 14th century in Agio Oros. In 2006, Greece applied in the E.U. in order to acknowledge tsipouro as a P.D.O. product. Anise is the herb that flavors this Greek drink, and has the authentic taste of the tradition. From harvesting to distillation there are applied all the traditional methods, following the whole ritual.

Mundovina is the tsipoulo from honey, of the beekeepers of Arnea. The production is carried out as follows: the honey stuck in the wax after harvesting, is being collected in order to start the production. A mix of honey-wax-water is being boiled so that the wax melts and becomes a gruel. The hot mix is being filtered and pressed with a special press. The filtrate runs in a tank and there are created two liquid layers.
The upper layers consists of wax (that it has not been filtered) and because it is lighter it is removed. The rear layer consists of sweet honey with all the sugars from the honey and the wax. The mixture is being stored in barrels in order to be fermented. The quantity of the fermented sweet water is ready for a double distillation, after seven months time.
The second distillation is optionally being flavored with aromatic additives such as anise or mastic. The clear spirit is Mundovina.
In 2012 Mundovina was certified as a P.G.O. product of mountainous Halkidiki.
